Volare
Black-soldier-fly bioreactor turning industrial food side streams into protein powder, oil and fertiliser for aquaculture, pet food and agriculture. First industrial-scale plant (Volare 01) under construction in Pori from 2025, full production targeted 2026; offtake agreements with Skretting, one of the largest fish-feed producers, and a major chemical company. First salmon raised on Volare protein reached retail 4/2025. VTT-originated.
