Atomic-level cleaning and smoothing of semiconductor wafers (AtomSeal, ultra-high-vacuum laser cleaning), based on patented inventions from University of Turku surface-physics research and its cleanroom facilities. Founded late 2024 by nine people, five of them from the university; CTO Zahra Jahanshah Rad developed the UHV method in her doctoral work.
